For example, the latest brand we worked with had a very small team of operations people and no one with experience in selling franchises successfully. We are former franchise CEOs, owners, developers, operations directors, sales trainers, and executives with a proven selling track record. 

How do you pay us?

"What, you are telling me how much you will charge me without my having to search through thousands of web pages or schedule hours of appointments?"

Yes. We are transparent, and as we take on so few clients, it makes more sense to lay our cards on the table so we only talk with people who want to work with us.

Initially, we will work with you to assess how ready you are to franchise. Do you have the proper documents, support staff, and systems, and how ready are you to franchise? 

Assuming you are prepared to move forward, we will agree on a sales target and your monthly marketing budget needed to support that.

Once we agree to work together, we will initially charge you one to two times your franchise fee upfront for the time it will take us to learn your system competently enough to represent you and put our systems in place.

From then on, we will work on a straight commission structure of 50% of the franchise fees that come in. This is clean and straightforward.

Some brands we have worked with elected to incentivize us to reach larger targets. We are open to any challenge.
